Common Questions Before Booking

– Cleaning and Linen Services

Linen change, full cleaning, or extra linen can be requested at least 24 hours in advance (paid service).

• Linen change: R$ 60.00

• Cleaning only: R$ 70.00

• Full cleaning: R$ 130.00

– Items Provided in the Property

Personal hygiene items, toilet paper, and cleaning products are provided in an initial courtesy quantity. Replacements during the stay are the guest’s responsibility.

We do not provide bottled water. The property has a water purifier available.

All TVs are Smart TVs and can be used with your personal streaming accounts (please remember to log out at checkout). We do not share passwords.

We provide a full set of bed and bath linen according to the number of guests in the reservation, except for pool/beach towels.

Some basic items such as sugar, salt, and coffee may be available.

We provide glass cups for wine, beer, whisky, and sparkling wine.

– Check-in and Check-out

We can offer early check-in or late check-out flexibility, provided there are no other guests arriving or departing on the same day.

Even if the property is not yet ready, you may access the condominium from 12 p.m. to enjoy the common areas.

In January and July, access to the condominium is allowed from 12 p.m., and check-in to the property can be made up to 4 p.m. (or earlier, depending on cleaning time, due to high guest turnover).

– Important Rules

Visitors are not allowed during the stay. Exception: if there is available capacity in the accommodation, visitors may be authorized upon prior submission of their names for approval at the gate.

Pets are not allowed.

Flat 305 – Harbor Living | Porto de Galinhas

Flat 305 was designed to offer comfort and practicality for up to 4 adults + 1 child (up to 2 years old), ensuring a unique experience in Porto de Galinhas.

Modern and fully equipped flat:

• Planned kitchen: refrigerator, induction cooktop, microwave, coffee maker, air fryer, and complete set of utensils

• Cozy living room: double sofa bed, Smart TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi

• Climate control: air conditioning in all rooms

• Comfortable bedroom: double bed, Smart TV, closet, iron, and complete bed and bath linen

• Bathroom: electric shower, hair dryer, clothesline, and essential items

Ideal for couples, families, and demanding travelers who want to enjoy the heart of Porto de Galinhas with comfort, style, and exclusivity. The flat features a mezzanine level where the bedroom and bathroom are located, accessed by a staircase. Therefore, it is not recommended for guests with physical disabilities or mobility limitations.

• During the day, walk to the main beach, famous for its natural pools of warm, crystal-clear waters, accessible at low tide.

• At night, the center comes alive with music, diverse cuisine, and the relaxed, joyful atmosphere that defines Brazil’s Northeast.

Access and Transportation:

The nearest airport is Recife International Airport (REC), approximately 50 km away, with an average travel time of 1 hour by car.

Main Routes:

• PE-009 (Rota do Atlântico): toll road, faster and well maintained

• PE-060: toll-free, but with heavier urban traffic

Note:

The condominium was delivered in August 2025. There may be renovation work in nearby apartments from Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., which could cause some noise during this period.
