Common Questions Before Booking

- Cleaning and Linen Services

Linen change, full cleaning, or extra linen can be requested at least 24 hours in advance (paid service).

• Linen change: R$ 60.00

• Cleaning only: R$ 70.00

• Full cleaning: R$ 130.00

- Items Provided in the Property

Personal hygiene products, toilet paper, and cleaning supplies are provided in an initial courtesy quantity. Replacements during the stay are the guest’s responsibility.

Mineral water is not provided. The property has a water purifier available.

All TVs are Smart TVs and can be used with your personal streaming accounts (please remember to log out at checkout). We do not share passwords.

We provide a complete linen set (bed and bath) according to the number of guests in the reservation, except for pool/beach towels.

Some basic items such as sugar, salt, and coffee may be available.

We provide glassware (wine, beer, whiskey, and champagne glasses).

- Check-in and Check-out

We can offer early check-in or late check-out when there is no guest arriving or departing on the same day.

Even if the property is not yet ready, you may access the condominium from 12 p.m. to enjoy the common areas.

In January and July, access to the condominium is allowed from 12 p.m., and entry into the property can be made until 4 p.m. (or earlier, depending on cleaning time, due to the high turnover period).

Visitors are not allowed during the stay. Exception: if the accommodation still has available capacity, visitors may be authorized upon prior submission of their names for approval at the gatehouse.

Pets are not allowed.

Flat 307 was designed to offer comfort and practicality for up to 4 adults and 1 child (up to 2 years old), ensuring a unique experience in Porto de Galinhas.

The flat features a mezzanine where the bedroom and bathroom are located, accessed by a staircase. For this reason, it is not recommended for guests with physical disabilities or mobility limitations.

Access and Transportation:

The nearest airport is Recife International Airport (REC), located about 50 km away, with an average travel time of 1 hour by car.

Main Access Routes:

• PE-009 (Rota do Atlântico): toll road — faster and better structured

• PE-060: no toll, but with heavier urban traffic

Note:

The condominium was completed in August 2025. There may be renovation work in neighboring apartments from Monday to Friday, between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., which could cause some noise during this period.
