– Cleaning and Linen Services

Linen change, full cleaning, or extra linen can be requested with 24 hours’ notice (paid service):

• Linen change: R$ 80.00

• Cleaning only: R$ 70.00

• Full cleaning: R$ 150.00

A portable crib for children up to 18 kg (40 lbs) is available upon prior request for an additional fee of R$ 30.00 per day.

– Items Provided in the Property

Personal hygiene items, toilet paper, and cleaning products are provided in an initial courtesy quantity. Any replacements during the stay are the guest’s responsibility.

We do not provide bottled water; the property has a water purifier available for use.

All TVs are Smart TVs, and you may access your personal streaming accounts (please remember to log out at checkout). We do not share passwords.

We provide complete bed and bath linen, except pool/beach towels.

Some basic items such as sugar, salt, and coffee may be available in the property.

– Check-in and Check-out

We can offer early check-in or late check-out, provided there are no guests arriving or departing on the same day.

Even if the property is not yet available, you may access the condominium from 12 p.m. to enjoy the common areas.

Attention: During January and July, entry to the condominium is allowed from 12 p.m., and check-in to the flat can be made by 4 p.m. (or earlier if cleaning is finished sooner, due to high guest turnover). This allows you to enjoy the facilities while waiting.

Weekend and holiday eve check-ins: available 24 hours at no extra cost.

On other days, after 5 p.m., there is a R$ 50.00 reception fee, as 24-hour service is not available.

– Important Rules

• Visitors are not allowed during the stay. Exception: if capacity allows, visitors may be authorized in advance by submitting their names for gate clearance.

• Pets are not allowed.

• Smoking is prohibited inside the property.

• Parties and loud music are not permitted.

Located on the ground floor, in front of the pool, the flat features a gourmet veranda and private front garden, as well as a rear terrace with a private barbecue, ideal for leisure and relaxation with family.

The condominium is small, organized, and secure, perfect for those seeking tranquility and privacy in a quiet beachfront environment.

Accommodations

The flat accommodates up to 8 people comfortably:

Air-conditioned suite with a double bed;

Bedroom with a trundle bed and bunk bed, both with air-conditioning, excellent natural lighting, and blackout curtains;

Spacious and functional bathroom designed for comfort during your stay.

The living room is cozy and airy, with a double sofa bed and air-conditioning, integrated with a fully equipped kitchen that includes refrigerator, stove, microwave, air fryer, blender, coffee maker, and all necessary utensils to prepare your meals with ease.

The gourmet veranda is the highlight of the flat. Equipped with an ice machine, cooktop, beer fridge, and outdoor furniture, along with the private garden featuring loungers and a sun umbrella, perfect for relaxing by the pool and playground.

At the back, the terrace with private barbecue is ideal for enjoying relaxing moments with friends and family.

To make your beach days even more comfortable, we provide beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler, ensuring a complete and unforgettable stay with the warm touch of Locar House.

Maria Farinha Beach is located in the city of Paulista, about 30–35 km from Recife, and is considered one of the most beautiful beaches on the coast of Pernambuco, stretching for approximately 4 km.
