- Cleaning and Linen Services

Linen change, full cleaning, or extra linen can be requested with 24h notice (paid service).

Linen change only: R$ 80.00

Cleaning only: R$ 100.00

Full cleaning: R$ 180.00

Daily housekeeping service available for sweeping and mopping the flat. Does not include dishwashing or cleaning of kitchen utensils.

- Items Provided in the Property

Personal hygiene products, toilet paper, and cleaning supplies are offered in an initial courtesy kit. Replacements during the stay must be purchased by the guest.

Mineral water is not provided. The property has a water purifier available for use during your stay.

Streaming channels or login credentials are not provided. All TVs are Smart TVs and can be used with your own accounts (please remember to log out at checkout).

We provide a complete linen set (bed and bath) according to the number of guests on the reservation. We also include 2 pool/beach towels.

Some basic items such as sugar, salt, and coffee may be available.

Glass cups and wine, beer, whisky, and champagne glasses, as well as acrylic cups for poolside use.

Fondue pot for meat or cheese available upon request with 24h notice prior to check-in.

- Check-in and Check-out

Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged if there is no other guest arriving or leaving on the same day.

Even if the property is not yet ready, access to the condominium is allowed from 12:00 pm to enjoy the common areas.

During January and July, check-in to the condominium is allowed from 12:00 pm, and access to the property itself until 4:00 pm (or earlier if cleaning is finished sooner, due to high turnover).

Receiving visitors during the stay is not allowed. Exception: if there is available capacity in the property, visitors may be authorized upon prior submission of their names for condominium access.

Pets are not allowed in the accommodations.
