Common Questions Before Booking

– Cleaning and Linen Services

Linen change, full cleaning, or extra linen can be requested at least 24 hours in advance (paid service).

• Linen change: R$ 80.00

• Cleaning only: R$ 100.00

• Full cleaning: R$ 180.00

Daily housekeeping service is available to sweep and mop the flat.

It does not include washing dishes or utensils.

– Items Provided in the Property

Personal hygiene items, toilet paper, and cleaning products are provided in an initial courtesy quantity. Replacements during the stay are the guest’s responsibility.

We do not provide bottled water. The property has a water purifier available.

All TVs are Smart TVs. You can log in with your personal streaming accounts (please remember to log out at checkout). We do not share passwords.

We provide a full set of bed and bath linen, except for pool/beach towels.

Some basic items such as sugar, salt, and coffee may be available.

Glassware (for wine, beer, whisky, and sparkling wine) and acrylic cups for pool use are provided.

A fondue set (meat or cheese) is available upon request with at least 24 hours’ notice.

– Check-in and Check-out

We can offer early check-in or late check-out flexibility, provided there are no other guests arriving or departing on the same day.

Even if the property is not yet ready, you may access the condominium from 12 p.m. to enjoy the common areas.

In January and July, entrance to the condominium is allowed from 12 p.m., and check-in to the property can be made up to 4 p.m. (or earlier, depending on cleaning completion).

– Important Rules

Visitors are not allowed during the stay.

Exception: if there is available capacity in the property, visitors may be authorized upon prior submission of their names for gate approval.

Pets are not allowed.

– Important Notes

During certain times of the year, on weekdays, recreation activities may not be available, and the hotel restaurant may not operate.

The pool will undergo maintenance in August 2025 and October 2025. If the hotel remains open during these periods, it will still be possible to use the pool normally.

Recreation activities are available only in January and July.

- NÃO PODE RECEBER CONVIDADOS, exceto que esteja relacionado as pessoas na autorização para o condomínio e que esteja dentro da capacidade do Flat.

- Tenha bom senso no uso de aparelhos sonoros e que no horário após as 22:00 horas até as 08:00 é PROIBIDO qualquer tipo de som, como também qualquer outro tipo de zoada. A multa imposta pelo condomínio é no valor de R$ 1.500,00 por reclamação.

- É PROBIDO invadir as varandas dos Flats e Bangalôs, mesmo que estejam desocupados,

- É PROIBIDO pendurar roupas, toalhas e dentre outros na varanda/janelas, caso seja desrespeitado será cobrado multa de limpeza de R$ 100,00 por infração.

- O Flat possui copos, taças e utensílios de acrílico e plásticos, pois é PROIBIDO a utilização de utensílios de vidro ou que possam quebrar e ferir alguém na área da varanda, e principalmente dentro da piscina ou na borda, como também ingerir qualquer tipo de bebida e alimentos dentro da piscina, a multa pelo condomínio de R$ 300,00 (Trezentos Reais), mais despesas para solucionar o problema. (Exemplo: despesas com Secagem da piscina)

- É PROIBIDO que entrem na piscina com bronzeadores, protetor solar ou afins.

- É PROIBIDO a utilização de churrasqueira nas áreas comuns. Caso seja utilizado a churrasqueira do Flat, a mesma deverá ser deixada limpa como os seus utensílios, caso não seja respeitado, será cobrado taxa extra de R$ 50,00 (Cinquenta Reais)

- É PROIBIDO animais de estimação, a multa por descumprimento é R$ 200,00 por infração/dia

- A taxa de limpeza paga no momento da reserva é para receber o flat limpo e impecável. Porém caso na saída esteja excessos de sujeiras, pratos e panelas muito sujas, resto de comidas em geladeira, será cobrado uma taxa de 1 diarista no valor de R$ 100.00 reais.

- A Camareira irá recolher os lixos e varrer o Flat somente 1 vez por dia durante a estadia. Caso seja necessário recolhimento de lixo dentro do Flat após a passagem da camareira, deverá levar o Lixo até lixeira na área externa do condomínio e a multa relacionado por descumprimento é de R$ 200,00 (Duzentos Reais)

- Cada FLAT tem direito a uma vaga de carro no estacionamento e devem respeitar a marcação da vaga. Caso tenha vagas de visitante disponível será liberado um veículo.
