– Cleaning and Linen Services

Bed linen change, full cleaning, or extra linen can be requested at least 24 hours in advance (paid service).

– Items Provided in the Property

Personal hygiene items, toilet paper, and cleaning products are provided in an initial courtesy quantity. Replacements during the stay are the guest’s responsibility.

We do not provide bottled water. The property has a water purifier available.

All TVs are Smart TVs and can be used with your personal streaming account (please remember to log out at checkout). We do not share streaming passwords.

We provide a complete set of bed and bath linen according to the number of guests in the reservation, except for pool/beach towels.

Some basic items such as sugar, salt, and coffee may be available.

We offer glassware (wine, beer, whisky, sparkling wine) and also acrylic cups for pool use.

– Check-in and Check-out

We can offer early check-in or late check-out, provided there are no other guests arriving or departing on the same day.

Even if the property is not yet ready, you may access the condominium from 12 p.m. to enjoy the common areas.

In January and July, entrance to the condominium is allowed from 12 p.m., and check-in at the property can be made up to 4 p.m. (or earlier, depending on cleaning time, due to the high turnover period).
