– Cleaning and Linen Services

Linen change, full cleaning, or extra linen can be requested with 24 hours’ notice (paid service):

• Linen change: R$ 60.00

• Cleaning only: R$ 70.00

• Full cleaning: R$ 120.00

Personalized housekeeping service is available upon request.

– Items Provided in the Property

Personal hygiene items, toilet paper, and cleaning products are provided in an initial courtesy quantity. Any replacements during your stay are the guest’s responsibility.

We do not provide bottled water; the property has a water purifier available for use.

All TVs are Smart TVs, and you can access them using your own streaming accounts (please remember to log out upon checkout). We do not share passwords.

We provide complete bed and bath linen, except for pool/beach towels.

Basic items such as sugar, salt, and coffee may be available in the property.

A portable crib for children up to 18 kg is available upon prior request for an additional fee of R$ 30.00 per day.

– Check-in and Check-out

We can offer early check-in or late check-out, as long as there are no guests arriving or leaving on the same day.

Even if the property is not yet available, you may access the condominium from 12 p.m. to enjoy the common areas.

Attention: In January and July, access to the condominium is allowed from 12 p.m., and check-in to the property can be done until 4 p.m. (or earlier, if cleaning is completed sooner, due to high turnover). This way, you can enjoy the facilities while waiting for entry.

Weekend and holiday eve check-ins: available 24 hours with no additional fee.

On other days, after 5 p.m., a R$ 50.00 service fee applies, as there is no 24-hour reception.

– Important Rules

• Visitors are not allowed during the stay. Exception: if capacity allows, guests may request authorization by sending the visitors’ names in advance for security clearance.

• Pets are not allowed.

• Smoking is prohibited inside the property.

• Parties and loud music are not permitted.

Accommodation and Comfort

This ground-floor flat was designed to provide practicality and coziness in every detail.

It features one air-conditioned suite, a second bedroom with two single beds and an extra mattress, also air-conditioned, plus a social bathroom.

The living room includes a sofa bed and ceiling fan, creating a comfortable space for rest or leisure.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, blender, and all essential utensils for preparing meals with ease.

On the veranda, guests can relax and enjoy the fresh air, while the service area includes a barbecue grill, perfect for family gatherings or moments with friends.
