Items Provided in the Property

Personal hygiene items, toilet paper, and cleaning products are provided in an initial courtesy amount. Replenishment during the stay is the guest's responsibility.

We do not provide bottled water. The property has a water purifier available.

All TVs are Smart TVs and can be used with your personal streaming accounts (please remember to log out at checkout). We do not share passwords.

We provide complete bed and bath linen according to the number of guests in the reservation, except for pool/beach towels.

Some basic items such as sugar, salt, and coffee may be available.

We provide glassware (wine, beer, whisky, sparkling wine) as well as acrylic cups for poolside use.

Check-in and Check-out

We may allow early check-in or late check-out, as long as there are no other guests arriving or leaving on the same day.

Even if the unit is not yet available, guests may access the condominium starting at 12 PM to enjoy the common areas.

In January and July, due to high demand, check-in at the condominium is from 12 PM, and access to the unit is available by 4 PM (or earlier if cleaning is completed).

Important Rules

Visitors are not allowed during the stay. Exception: if the accommodation has capacity available, visitors may be authorized upon prior submission of their names for release at the gate.

Pets are not allowed.

- O horário de check-in é de 15:00 horas e de Check-out as 12:00. Podemos antecipar o check-in e prorrogar o check-out caso não esteja locado para outra pessoa, desde que esteja autorizado pelo Proprietário. Caso haja descumprimento o hospede irá pagar o valor correspondente a 1 diária;
- NÃO PODE RECEBER CONVIDADOS, exceto que esteja relacionado as pessoas na autorização para o condomínio e que esteja dentro da capacidade do Flat.
- Tenha bom senso no uso de aparelhos sonoros e que no horário após as 22:00 horas até as 08:00 é PROIBIDO qualquer tipo de som, como também qualquer outro tipo de barulho. A multa determinada pelo condomínio é no valor de R$ 1.500,00 por reclamação.
- É PROIBIDO pendurar roupas, toalhas e dentre outros na varanda/janelas, caso seja desrespeitado será cobrado multa de limpeza de R$ 100,00 por infração.
- É PROIBIDO a utilização de utensílios de vidro ou que possam quebrar e ferir alguém na área da varanda, e principalmente dentro da piscina ou na borda, como também ingerir qualquer tipo de bebida e alimentos dentro da piscina, a multa pelo condomínio de R$ 300,00 (Trezentos Reais), mais despesas para solucionar o problema. (Exemplo: despesas com Secagem da piscina). O horário da piscina é 08:00 as 21:00
- O uso da hidromassagem é permitido desde que seja agendado na recepção. Os horários são: 08:00h as 21:00 e é permitido máximo de 2 horas.
- É PROIBIDO que entrem na piscina com bronzeadores, protetor solar ou afins.
- É PROIBIDO a utilização de churrasqueira nas áreas comuns.
- É PROIBIDO animais de estimação, a multa por descumprimento é R$ 200,00 (Duzentos Reais) por dia
- A taxa de limpeza paga no momento da reserva é para receber o flat limpo e impecável. Porém caso na saída seja diagnosticado excesso de sujeiras, pratos e panelas muito sujas, resto de comidas em geladeira, será cobrado uma taxa de 1 diarista no valor de R$ 100.00 reais.
- É PROIBIDO a colocação de lixo nos corredores, porta de entrada ou na área externa. Existe uma lixeira no andar que fica localizado na escada (Ao lado do elevador de serviço), caso seja desrespeitado é cobrado multa condomínio de R$ 200,00 (Duzentos Reais)
- Cada FLAT tem direito a uma vaga de carro no estacionamento.
