Cleaning and Linen Services

Bed linen change, full cleaning, or extra linen can be requested with 24 hours’ notice (paid service).

• Linen change only: R$ 60.00

• Cleaning only: R$ 80.00

• Full cleaning: R$ 140.00

Items Provided in the Property

Personal hygiene items, toilet paper, and cleaning products are provided in an initial courtesy amount. Replenishments during the stay are the guest’s responsibility.

We do not provide bottled water. The property has a water purifier available.

All TVs are Smart and can be used with your personal streaming account (remember to log out at checkout). We do not provide passwords.

We provide complete bedding and bath linen according to the number of guests in the reservation, except pool/beach towels.

Some basic items like sugar, salt, and coffee may be available.

We provide glass cups (wine, beer, whiskey, champagne) and also acrylic cups for pool use.

Check-in and Check-out

We can offer early check-in or late check-out, provided there is no other guest arriving or leaving on the same day.

Even if the property is not yet ready, it is possible to access the condominium from 12:00 pm to enjoy the common areas.

In January and July, entry to the condominium is allowed from 12:00 pm, and access to the property by 4:00 pm (or earlier if cleaning is finished sooner due to high turnover).

Important Rules

Visitors are not allowed during the stay. Exception: if there is available capacity in the accommodation, visitors may be authorized by sending their names in advance for approval at the gate.

Pets are not allowed.
