Bedding change, full cleaning, or extra linen can be requested with 24h in advance (paid service).

Items Available in the Property

Personal hygiene items, toilet paper, and cleaning products are provided in an initial courtesy quantity. Replacements during the stay must be made by guests.

We do not provide bottled water. The property has a water purifier available for use during the stay.

All TVs are Smart TVs and can be used with your personal streaming account (please remember to log out at checkout). We do not provide login credentials.

We provide complete linen (bed and bath) according to the number of guests in the reservation. Pool/beach towels are not included.

Some basic items such as sugar, salt, and coffee may be available in the property.

We provide glassware (wine, beer, whiskey, champagne) and also acrylic cups for use at the pool.

A portable crib is available for children up to 18kg, upon reservation and with a fee of R$ 30.00 per day.

Check-in and Check-out

We can be flexible with early check-in or late check-out, as long as there is no other guest arriving or departing on the same day.

Even if the property is not yet ready, access to the condominium is allowed from 12pm to enjoy the common areas.

In January and July, entry to the condominium is allowed from 12pm. Entry to the property may occur up until 4pm (or earlier if cleaning finishes sooner).

Important Rules

Visitors are not allowed during the stay. Exception: if the property has available capacity, visitors may be authorized by sending their names in advance for condominium approval.

Pets are not allowed.

Flat 02 in Block 02 Colina is a true invitation to leisure, offering an amazing view of Praia dos Carneiros. Being on the ground floor, you can step out directly from the gourmet balcony and be right in the pool area, ensuring extra convenience and comfort.

The flat accommodates 5 adults + 1 child up to 12 years old, providing space and practicality for the whole family.

The gourmet balcony features a rustic table, ice machine, electric grill, cooler, and beer fridge – perfect for leisure moments.

Suite: king bed with an additional pull-out bed, air conditioning, Smart TV

Living room: double sofa bed and Smart TV

The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, electric oven, cooktop, air fryer, microwave, sandwich maker, coffee maker, blender, and various utensils.

A Delta Quick coffee machine is available (capsules not provided).

We also provide glassware (wine, beer, whiskey, champagne) and acrylic cups for poolside use.

The spacious bathroom includes a hair dryer, heated shower, clothesline, liquid soap, and shampoo.

The Eco Resort is, in fact, a residential resort, meaning it is not exactly a traditional hotel: it consists of flats, bungalows, or independent apartments, many available as vacation rentals.

It is located beachfront, right next to the famous Chapel of São Benedito (the little church of Carneiros), one of the landmarks of Praia dos Carneiros.

A branch of the renowned Porto de Galinhas restaurant, offering refined seafood in a beachfront setting, but less crowded than Bora Bora.
