Personal hygiene items, toilet paper, and cleaning products are offered in an initial courtesy amount. Replacements during the stay are the guest’s responsibility.

All TVs are Smart TVs and can be used with your personal streaming accounts (please log out at checkout). We do not share passwords.

We provide a complete linen set (bed and bath) according to the number of guests, including pool/beach towels.

Some basic items such as sugar, salt, and coffee may be available.

Our home is modern, spacious, and perfect for family vacations or trips with friends. It has 4 bedrooms and accommodates up to 12 guests, plus space for 1 child up to 2 years old or 13 kg in a free portable crib, and 2 additional children (up to 10 years old) on the sofa in the TV room on the first floor.

For your convenience, we provide a stroller for the parks and a foot massager to relax after long days of fun.

On the ground floor, the main bedroom features a queen bed, private bathroom with shower and bathtub, Smart TV, and mini closet. There is also a game room with air hockey, basketball, poker, and domino table. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, an ice-maker fridge, and all necessary utensils. The dining area seats 8 and the breakfast bar has 4 stools, including a highchair. The living room is spacious and comfortable, with a 75-inch Smart TV and home theater.

The outdoor gourmet area offers a private pool with jacuzzi, a covered patio with dining table for 8, cooler, barbecue with accessories, Smart TV, loungers, and an eco fireplace. A gas fireplace is also available for colder days.

Upstairs, the master suite has a king bed, private bathroom, Smart TV, sofa bed, and mini closet with electronic safe. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with two twins and one full bed, while the fourth bedroom has two bunk beds; all with Smart TVs and closets. This floor also includes a full bathroom, a media room with sofa and mini fridge, and a laundry area with washer and dryer.
