Bedding change, full cleaning, or extra linen can be requested with 24h notice (paid service).

- Items available in the property

Personal hygiene items, toilet paper, and cleaning products are provided in an initial courtesy amount. Replenishment during the stay must be made by guests.

We do not provide bottled water. The property has a water purifier available for use during your stay.

All TVs are Smart TVs and can be used with your personal streaming account (please remember to log out at checkout). We do not share passwords.

We provide full linen (bed and bath) according to the number of guests in the reservation. Pool/beach towels are not included.

Some basic items such as sugar, salt, and coffee may be available in the property.

We provide glassware (wine, beer, whisky, sparkling) and also acrylic cups for pool use.

Portable crib available for children up to 18kg, upon reservation, with a fee of R$ 30.00 per day.

We may allow early check-in or late check-out, as long as there are no other guests arriving or leaving on the same day.

Even if the property is not yet ready, access to the condominium is allowed from 12h to enjoy the common areas.

In January and July, entry to the condominium is allowed from 12h. Access to the property may occur until 16h (or earlier if cleaning is completed sooner).

Visitors are not allowed during the stay. Exception: if the property has availability, visitors may be authorized upon prior submission of names for condominium approval.

The gourmet balcony is equipped with a rustic table, electric barbecue grill, ice machine, cooler, and beer fridge – perfect for leisure moments and outdoor meals.

The bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning, and a Smart TV, ensuring comfort and rest.

The living room features a double sofa bed, air conditioning, and a Smart TV, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the space.

The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, electric oven, cooktop, microwave, sandwich maker, coffee maker, blender, and all necessary utensils. It also includes glass cups for wine, beer, whisky, and sparkling wine, plus acrylic versions for poolside use.

The bathroom is spacious, with a heated shower, hairdryer, liquid soap, and shampoo.

This flat was designed to provide comfort, practicality, and enjoyable moments with family or friends.

The Eco Resort is, in fact, a residential resort, meaning it is not exactly a traditional hotel: it consists of flats, bungalows, or independent apartments, many available as vacation rentals.

It is beachfront, right next to the famous Chapel of São Benedito (the little church of Carneiros), one of the postcards of Praia dos Carneiros.

Distance from Recife: about 87–90 km from Recife International Airport.

Chapel of São Benedito (18th century): a must-see for photos and even weddings, located right next to the resort.

Where to eat:

Bora Bora Beach Club

The main beach club in the region, with full infrastructure: restaurant, bar, lounge chairs, showers, parking. Famous for dishes such as “Camarão Bora Bora” served in green coconut.

Beijupirá Carneiros

A branch of the renowned Porto de Galinhas restaurant, offering refined seafood in a beachfront setting, but less crowded than Bora Bora.
