Cleaning and Linen Services

Linen change, full cleaning, or extra linen can be requested with 24 hours’ notice (paid service):

• Linen change – R$ 80.00

• Basic cleaning – R$ 70.00

• Full cleaning – R$ 150.00

A portable crib is available for children up to 18 kg (40 lbs) upon reservation, with a fee of R$ 30.00 per day.

Items Provided

Personal hygiene items, toilet paper, and cleaning supplies are provided in an initial courtesy quantity. Replacements during the stay are the guest’s responsibility.

We do not provide bottled water. The property has a water purifier available for use.

All TVs are Smart TVs and can be used with your personal streaming accounts (remember to log out at checkout). We do not share passwords.

We provide a complete bed and bath linen set, except for pool/beach towels.

Some basic items such as sugar, salt, and coffee may be available in the property.

Check-in and Check-out

We can offer early check-in or late check-out, as long as no other guest is arriving or departing on the same day.

Even if the property is not yet available, guests may access the condominium from 12 p.m. to enjoy the common areas.

Note: During January and July, entry to the condominium is allowed from 12 p.m., and check-in to the flat can be done until 4 p.m. (or earlier, depending on the cleaning schedule). This allows you to enjoy the facilities while waiting for access.

Weekend and holiday eve check-ins: available 24 hours at no extra cost.

On other days, after 5 p.m., a R$ 50.00 reception fee applies, as there is no 24-hour service.

Important Rules

• Visitors are not allowed during the stay. Exception: if there is available capacity, visitors may be authorized upon prior submission of their names to the reception.

• Pets are not allowed.

• Smoking is prohibited inside the property.

• Parties and loud music are not permitted.

A fully equipped kitchen, including a stove, refrigerator, microwave, blender, coffee maker, sandwich maker, and all utensils needed to prepare your meals with ease and style.

Maria Farinha Beach is located in the city of Paulista, about 30–35 km from Recife, and is considered one of the most beautiful beaches on the coast of Pernambuco, stretching for approximately 4 km.
