Cleaning and Linen Services

Linen change, full cleaning, or extra linen can be requested with 24 hours’ notice (paid service).

• Linen change only: R$ 60.00

Items Provided in the Property

Personal hygiene items, toilet paper, and cleaning products are provided in an initial courtesy supply. Replacements during the stay are the guest’s responsibility.

We do not provide bottled water. The property has a water purifier available.

All TVs are Smart and can be used with your personal streaming accounts (please remember to log out at checkout). We do not share passwords.

We provide a complete set of bed and bath linens according to the number of guests in the reservation, except for pool/beach towels.

Some basic items such as sugar, salt, and coffee may be available.

We provide glassware (wine, beer, whiskey, sparkling wine) and also acrylic glasses for use at the pool.

Check-in and Check-out

We may allow early check-in or late check-out, as long as there are no other guests arriving or departing on the same day.

Even if the property is not ready yet, guests may access the condominium from 12 p.m. to enjoy the common areas.

In January and July, due to high demand, entry into the condominium is allowed from 12 p.m., and into the property up until 4 p.m. (or earlier if cleaning is finished sooner).

Important Rules

Guests are not allowed to receive visitors during their stay. Exception: if the property has available capacity, visitors may be authorized upon prior submission of their names for registration at the gate.

Pets are not allowed.
