Items Provided in the Property

Personal hygiene items, toilet paper, and cleaning products are offered in an initial courtesy quantity. Replacements during the stay are the guest’s responsibility.

We do not provide bottled water. The property has a water purifier available.

All TVs are Smart and can be used with your personal streaming accounts (remember to log out at checkout). We do not share passwords.

We provide a complete linen set (bed and bath) according to the number of guests in the reservation, except pool/beach towels.

Some basic items such as sugar, salt, and coffee may be available.

We provide glassware (wine, beer, whisky, champagne) as well as acrylic cups for use at the pool.

Check-in and Check-out

We may allow early check-in or late check-out, provided no other guest is arriving or leaving on the same day.

Even if the property is not yet ready, it is possible to access the condominium from 12 PM to enjoy the common areas.

In January and July, due to high demand, entry to the condominium is allowed from 12 PM, and entry to the property up to 4 PM (or earlier if cleaning is finished sooner).

Important Rules

Visitors are not allowed during the stay. Exception: if there is available capacity in the accommodation, visitors may be authorized upon prior submission of names for approval at the gate.

Pets are not allowed.
