– Cleaning and Linen Services

Linen change, full cleaning, or extra linen can be requested at least 24 hours in advance (paid service).

• Linen change: R$ 70.00

– Items Provided in the Property

Personal hygiene items, toilet paper, and cleaning products are provided in an initial courtesy quantity. Replacements during the stay are the guest’s responsibility.

We do not provide bottled water. The property has a water purifier available.

All TVs are Smart TVs and can be used with your personal streaming account (please remember to log out at checkout). We do not share passwords.

We provide a complete set of bed and bath linen according to the number of guests in the reservation, including pool/beach towels.

Some basic items such as sugar, salt, and coffee may be available.

We provide glassware for wine, beer, whisky, and sparkling wine, as well as acrylic cups for pool use.

– Check-in and Check-out

We can offer early check-in or late check-out flexibility, provided there are no other guests arriving or departing on the same day.

Even if the property is not yet ready, you may access the condominium from 12 p.m. to enjoy the common areas.

In January and July, access to the condominium is allowed from 12 p.m., and check-in to the property can be made up to 4 p.m. (or earlier, depending on cleaning completion, due to high guest turnover).

Visitors are not allowed during the stay. Exception: if there is available capacity in the accommodation, visitors may be authorized upon prior submission of their names for gate approval.

Pets are not allowed.

Located about 85 km from Natal (RN), Pipa Beach, in the municipality of Tibau do Sul, is one of the most beautiful and complete destinations in Brazil.

It offers calm and wavy beaches, impressive cliffs, and a lively nightlife scene.

Things to Do and Beaches to Visit

• Baía dos Golfinhos (Dolphins Bay):

Ideal for watching dolphins up close, enjoying calm waters, and practicing stand-up paddle or kayaking. The backdrop of cliffs completes the scenery.

• Praia do Centro (Central Beach):

The busiest beach, with good infrastructure and natural pools at low tide — great for families, though it can get crowded.

• Praia do Amor (Love Beach):
